LEAD TECNICIAN


IMPORTANT COMPANY HAS AN IMMEDIATE NEED FOR:

LEAD TECHNICIAN

Qualifications and Requirements:

· 4 years of experience in a technical help desk and/or call center position.

· Bachelor's degree in a technology related field.

· Excellent proficient business English – both verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

· Experience using internet and digital technical skills including advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java and JavaScript.

· Proficient in integration applications, Cycir, SAML SSO, Marketo Webhook, DataSync, Eloqua Webhook, Zoom OAuth a Must.


Activities:


· Respond to customer issues through use of Support Ticketing system, email, phone, and computer chat.

· Drive incident escalation and resolution with internal and external teams to deliver the expected level of service for the business.

· Develop and maintain a functional understanding of the platforms and collaborate with the team and customers to provide top-level support.

· Provide primary support for product integrations within the 6Connex proprietary platforms.

· Document internal processes and procedures.

Considerations:


· Competitive salary: 45,000.00 nominal.
